Office Hours
Time of day routing allows you to apply different translations based on time of day throughout the week. If you enable this the DDI will appear twice in the list on the left, once for "Day" routing, when the current time of day is within the office hours you set, and once for "Night" when the current time of day is outside the hours you set.If you disable Office Hours then the "Night" configuration on this DDI will be removed.Set where you want calls on this number to be delievered to. You can add multiple entries and set how calls are hunted over multiple entries either ringing all destinations at the same time or in turn.
The Ring
For setting controls how long to allow calls to the destinations in the Routes To list. If the destinations are set to ring together, this setting determines how long all of them ring for maximum, for In Turn ringing this setting controls how long to ring each number individually.
